The Otari MTR 12 is a 1/4 inch analog tape machine that gives you an option to get the much sought after warmth that only analog tape can provide. Once a track is mixed within Pro Tools it can then be recorded to tape to achieve the tape sound and then be recorded back into Pro Tools. This technique gives you digital flexibility while retaining the analog warmth.
